Durign Academic Year 2007-2008 , the West Point Bridge Design Contest will again be offered with no national-level prizes and with increased emphasis on local contests. The contest format is as follows:

• The West Point Bridge Designer software will continue to be available for free download from this website.
• The automated judging feature of the contest website will continue to be available. Top teams will still be posted on our contest website.
• At the conclusion of the contest, the top 10 teams in each contest zone will be recognized with a certificate, signed by the Contest Director.
• We will continue to support local bridge design contests by providing Local Contest Codes and scoreboards. Local contests will be available all year long, rather than just during a specified two-month contest period.
• There will be no national Semi-Final Round, national Final Round, or national prizes.

The 2007 edition of West Point Bridge Designer software will again be used for the contest and is available for download now.
