| Why
Three Rounds? |
|
The
three-round format of this contest is designed to provide
all participants with the most valuable learning experience
possible, while also ensuring that our contest winners are,
in fact, the world's best virtual bridge designers.
Students
learn most effectively if they can share ideas with their
teachers and fellow students. For this reason, there are no
restrictions on collaboration during the Qualifying Round
of the contest. However, during the Semi-Final and Final Rounds,
contestants are not allowed to collaborate with anyone
outside of their own teams. This restriction ensures that
our winning teams earn their prizes through their own individual
performance.
