pages. There's a good chance that you'll find the answer to
your question there.

you can't find an answer in our FAQ pages, e-mail your question

If you
are experiencing a problem with the WPBD software, please
include the following information in your e-mail message:

version of Windows are you using?
(WIndows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, or Vista) |

version of the WPBD software did you download? |

Which
version of the WPBD Setup program are you using?
(Single-file setup or three-disk setup) |

Please
describe exactly what problem you are having. If you
are receiving an error message, tell us exactly what
the message says and when you received it (e.g., during
download, during installation, at startup, when running the
load test). If we can reproduce an error, we can fix it; but
if you don't give us enough information to reproduce the error,
there is very little chance that we will be able to help you. |

We will
do our best to answer all questions and requests within seven
days. Why
so slow? This contest is being run by three people--and
we've got day jobs too. We're doing the best we can, but with
10,000+ contestants, we do not always have the time to give
immediate individualized feedback.
95% of
the questions we receive have already been answered in the
FAQ. Save yourself some time and look there first.

Our
FAQ pages include questions about:

for AOL Users |
|
If your
AOL e-mail security is set up to refuse e-mail from anyone
not in your address book, then you will not receive our
response to your question. Our response will be sent from
an address other than wpbedc@usma.edu. AOL will not
recognize this address and will reject the message. Thus,
if you want answers to your questions, you need to adjust
your AOL security settings accordingly.
