Because of federal privacy laws, the 6th and 7th grade participants in the Army-Navy Bridge Design Contest must enter through a teacher sponsor. |

Teachers can register as contest sponsors by sending an e-mail to wpbedc1@gmail.com. Please include your school name, state, phone number, and e-mail address. |
To participate in the Army-Navy Bridge Design Contest, organize your class into teams of one or two students each. Each team must decide if it will compete on behalf of Army or Navy, and then create a corresponding Team Name that has the word “Army” or Navy” in it. (The Team Name can have up to 15 characters.) |
Each team should then follow the instructions below to enter the contest. Teams may upload as many designs as like until the Qualifying Round ends on March 25, 2013. |

After the Qualifying Round is over, the top ten Army teams and the top ten Navy teams will be invited to compete in the Semi-Final Round on April 5, 2013. |
The top two Army semi-finalists and the top two Navy semi-finalists will be invited to the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD, to compete in a special Army-Navy Final Round on April 23, 2013. |
Both members of the top team in the Final Round will receive a special TOP SECRET prize in recognition of their achievement. |
